1. Subscriptions (Repeat Deliveries)
When you choose a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 days).

Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose a pre-paid option.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.

How to Cancel: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. You will find a "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation emails. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website.

Deadlines: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing a product that is currently out of stock or about to be released.

Payment: We may collect a deposit or the full amount at checkout to secure your unit.

Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once the package has been shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
3. Try Before You Buy
If we offer this option, we authorize your payment method before shipping. You have a specific period to decide if you want to keep the product. If not returned within that window, the full amount will be charged.
