Thank you for visiting and shopping at eleva-in. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed accurately at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer competitive rates to ensure you receive your nasal strips efficiently.
3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery time is:

Spain: 2 to 5 business days.

Germany, France, and Italy: 2 to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside of our control.
4. International Shipping (Supported Countries)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
eleva-in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay these charges, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from the refund.
6. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We recommend providing a physical street address to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery, as many carriers have restrictions regarding P.O. Boxes.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods and contact us immediately at contact@eleva-in.com. Please include your order number and photos of the package as it arrived so we can evaluate the situation.
