You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to let us know if something isn't right. Whether you’ve changed your mind or have a specific concern, the first step is to get in touch with our team.
2. How We Evaluate Returns
To maintain high hygiene standards for all our customers, we generally ask that returned products remain entirely unsealed and in their original packaging.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. If you have any issues with the product, even if the box has been opened, please write to us. We evaluate every request on a case-by-case basis to find the fairest solution for you, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we want to fix it immediately. Please contact us at contact@eleva-in.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
